Bride's gown: Daalarna
Headpiece: Rienne Bride
Prosecco & espresso: Espresso Espresso
This year's season started with a Frankfurt city wedding for me. Dorka and Jens planned the day perfectly – they kept everything cool and easy!
First we met up for a short but sweet couple session. I just loved how they laugh together, hug and kiss each other, dance on the street and have fun!
Their guests were waiting for us just in front of Römer, where their civil wedding ceremony took place.
After they had officially tied the knot, they showed their guests some of their favourite places around downtown. We headed to Espresso Espresso first for some prosecco, espresso and - rumor has it - on of the city's best grilled cheese sandwiches. (Yes, it was delishhh!)
The most memorable moment for me was Jens' speech in Hungarian, which made a great impression on their guests, too. It was moving to see the reaction of their Hungarian guests – such a lovely gesture to say some words on the bride's native language!
For lunch, the couple chose to book tables at Alasti, an amazing Italian deli at Kleinmarkthalle. Tasty antipasti plates, sparkling wine, laughter, a round or two of "Schnäpsle", and finally, steaming, fresh pasta.
A perfect Frankfurt city wedding, if you ask me!
